Svensk artist åtalas för övergrepp

Artisten nekar till anklagelserna.

En domare i den skotska staden Kirkcaldy beslutade på onsdagen att åtala den svenska artisten. Anklagelserna om att han den 10 december förra året ska ha förgripit sig sexuellt på två kvinnor anses vara tillräckligt starka för att väcka åtal, uppger Aftonbladet.

Det var under en så kallad "meet and greet" efter en konsert på en nattklubb i staden som han ska ha förgripits sig sexuellt på två brittiska kvinnor.

Grabbat tag och kränkt

Enligt Aftonbladet hävdar kvinnorna att den svenske stjärnan ska grabbat tag i dem och kränkt dem genom att tvinga dem till att medverka i sexuella rörelser.

Redan i december nekade artisten till alla anklagelser och gjorde även så i domstolen på onsdagen.

-Man måste ta allt på allvar när det är polis inblandad, men det här är lite löjligt. Det är uppförstorat något väldigt, sade artistens manager till TT Spektra i december.

Han har släppts fri i väntan på rättegång.
